If there is any content that needs to be customized, please contact our customer service in a timely manner.

  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
  • Do customized items support returns?

    Non-Custom Items We support 14-day no-reason returns or exchanges. As long as the item remains in its original condition, unused, and with complete original packaging, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will process your refund as quickly as possible (returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days).

    Custom Items Because every custom product is handcrafted according to your specific requirements (including but not limited to: antique furniture reupholstery, mid-century modern sofa customization, yacht interiors, headboards, built-in seating, cornices, curtains, etc.), we do not accept returns. However, we greatly value your satisfaction!

    • You may submit free modification suggestions before installation (adjustments to size, fabric, pattern/color, or details).
    • We will do our best to adjust it to perfection. All modifications are based on the mutually confirmed design drawings. Once production has begun, only minor adjustments within a reasonable scope will be accepted.

    Important Notes

    • For all custom orders, we will confirm the final design drawings and quote with you before the order is placed. Once confirmed, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.
    • If a quality defect is caused by our craftsmanship, we will repair or remake the item for you free of charge.
    • For specific return or modification procedures, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you throughout the entire process.
